How 'illegal' is it to have a website where you provide full episodes of things like futurama and family guy?

i built a website where you can just search and watch full episodes, without having to go to a different site which only provides the video. So i dont have just links to videos, i have the actual videos on the site, is that a big issue, legally speaking, since i don't have the rights to share the videos i guess. How 'illegal' is it to have a website where you provide full episodes of things like futurama and family guy?
That is definitely illegal. Even if you provide links for people to click which is not the Official Website they can sue your *** off. If they find you, they will contact you Server Guy and will close the website. Look after that lolHow 'illegal' is it to have a website where you provide full episodes of things like futurama and family guy?
Which proves only that you can't shut down everybody at once. And given law enforcement's tendency to prefer the easy bust, it would be more likely that the Gods of Copyright would descend upon you than upon Megavideo, which is allegedly a Hong Kong-based operation. How 'illegal' is it to have a website where you provide full episodes of things like futurama and family guy?
you could and it's not that illegal in my opinion, ive seen some popular sites, and they have stuff like disclaimers, e.g "the site is not related to fox, nor any company related to it, this site shares these episodes, the founders, admins, or members do NOT own the show, and don't plain to infringe this product, this site doe not host these episode, we simply embed it to this site, and removing this site will not remove the episodes as they are hosted on other sites such as megavideo, videobb, loombo please contact those sites to remove the videos from their sites." that is an example of disclaimers and in my opinion it can help websites stay alive. And you can NOT say that you don't have rights to share, because the video site lets you embed it or link to it which means they are okay with you sharing, it's not your fault, and i bet companies shouldn't bother to take ur site down because they know they clearly know that removing your site won't stop the video because it's not hosted by you and will still be online, thats why they target videosites, and on megavideo you will find that their are video's removed for copyright, companies target the video hosts usually because it's the most effective way to remove a video, if a video gets removed by the host, the vid stops working on other sites, get it? its not very efficiant to remove sites 1 by 1 by sueing and stuff when they can just take one video down from a big site, and it will stop working on other sites

but I don't think you should go through with the site, as their are already alot of video sites, and you prob won't get that much peeps,

and btw can you gimme a link to ur site i wanna check it out ( me = major family guy fan )
